- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for the return process.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
